Our Projects

A design and build project carried out from architectural survey to construction completion. 

Demolition and building a new ground floor extension gabled roof. Creating an open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area. 

A full refurbishment of the house has been completed. The ground floor garage level has been dropped to create same level open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area. The first floor accommodates two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large skylight has been installed in the first floor hallway. 

A design project, which involves refurbishment of the house and ground floor rear extension. 

Ground floor side infill and rear extension and creating an open plan kitchen/dining area. 

A number of rooflights installed in the pitched ceiling and a fixed glass and large sliding doors in the rear elevation. 

A new two storey villa is in progress in Parga, Greece. Planning approval has been received and construction has started with a completion date June 2025.

A full size basement build under the ground floor footprint of 1930's house in Chipstead Street, Parsons Green. The basement has two lightwells and internal external staircase.
